The registry is free for everyone. Paid plans add tools for working with your data.
Free
Your coffee diary.
Log what you brew and what you cup. Your collection, your notes, your photos. Forever.
And if a coffee isn't here, you add it.
What is free today never gets cut; we only add on top.
Roaster 400 €/year plus VAT
From green coffee to the record you hand your customer.
Every lot, from the moment the sample arrives until the coffee is in the bag, in one place.
- The purchase: contract, supplier, quantity, price (only you see it) and what is still to arrive
- Deliveries, logged against the lot they belong to
- Offer, pre-shipment and arrival cuppings, together and dated, and your decision
- Your record with your logo, ready to print in two minutes. Template once; every coffee comes out branded on its own
- Everything hangs off your coffee's public record, which stays in the registry when the coffee sells out
Try it for 14 days with your own coffees, no card.
Annual fee by bank transfer: we send you the invoice and access activates on payment. No auto-renewal. With your CATASTRO account — creating one is free.
Exporter 400 €/year plus VAT
for exporters, cooperatives and importers
600 €/year from client 25 on. The first 25: this price, for as long as they stay.
Everything. No artificial limits, no per-user pricing, no price per lot.
- Everything in Roaster, plus your network: which producers and farms are behind your lots, and what each one is missing.
- Send your client the full record of each lot —cupping, radar, photos and your notes— in a link that does not die in three days.
- The new harvest in bulk: tick last year's lots and they come out copied with the harvest changed.
- And ask your suppliers for records with a link, so you do not have to ask for the same thing by email every year.
Annual fee by bank transfer: we send you the invoice and access activates on payment. No auto-renewal. With your CATASTRO account — creating one is free.
The public registry will remain free. Paying adds tools, never access to the data.
