From green coffee to the record you hand your customer.

Every coffee you publish carries a record: farm, producer, variety, process. When the coffee sells out, that record disappears from your shop. In CATASTRO it stays. And on top of it you can keep everything you have today scattered across emails and spreadsheets.

The coffee

Your coffee has a record in the registry, with its farm and its producer, that does not disappear when you withdraw it. If it already has one, you claim it; if not, you create it in two minutes.

The purchase

Contract, supplier, quantity, price and what is still to arrive. Every delivery logged against the lot it belongs to. Only you see the price: it is never public, never aggregated, never anonymised.

Quality

Offer, pre-shipment and arrival cuppings, together and dated. The issues. Your buying decision, written down where you will look for it later.

You choose a template once. Every new coffee comes out laid out with your logo, ready to print or send. And it states where the data comes from: its public record.

What is free and what is not.

Searching the registry, claiming your records, publishing your coffees and saving your cuppings is free, always. What you pay for are the tools on your account: purchases, deliveries, quality control by lot and the record with your brand. €400/year.

14 days, no card. If your coffees are already in the registry, you sign in and there they are. If not, we load two for you and you add the rest. What you write down during the trial is not deleted when it ends: the tools switch off, your data does not.

What if I already use another system?
CATASTRO does not replace your roasting software. It keeps what no software keeps: your coffee's record once the coffee is gone, and what you did with that lot.
What happens when the trial ends?
You keep seeing everything you wrote down. To go on adding and generating records, you activate the package.
